I recieved a C- in orgo2 lab, will I have to retake it or does med school consider it as a C?

It might depend on the school. For example, Texas schools don't count +/- so you'd squeak by.
I'd retake it, though :/

You should retake it, schools have varying policies but without a doubt it will hurt you even at those who will accept it.
