i have a fifteen year old dog name big girl and her right back paw she lick alot as to .where she has removed the skin between all three toes and the wound are bigger and the bottom of her paw is swell also i don't know what to do.took her to the vet he said that it's. her nerve and gave her some pills for pain and itching and that not working at all and some lick it that not working either please help thank you
