How to prepare for the Overseas Dental Registration (ORE) ? Can I take part of the exam while I'm in dental school?

I want to evaluate my dental degree BDS fro Iraq in the UK after I'm finished with schooling here. I wanted to know how to prepare for the exam, and can I take any steps while I'm still in school here?
