Book Recomendations for Anatomy, Physiology and Biochem first year...pls help

Hi...i want to know about books you will recommend for anatomy, biochem and physiology in first year mbbs...
Also, what are other essentials for med schools?
Like, i have heard different views on what dissection kit to buy, and am at my wit's end!

Netter's atlas for anatomy. Mark's Basic and Lippincott's Illustrated reviews for biochem.

for physiology u can refer guyton..and lehninger is d best book for biochem..all d best..do well..:-)

Biochemistry-  Harper's
Anatomy- Gray's Anatomy, McMinn's Colour Atlas

Yup you need a dissection kit for anatomy practicals. You can buy a kit, or buy it separetly which must have atleast a scalpel, forceps (blunt, sharp, toothed), a needle, scissors. Thats all I used in 1st year!!!
